Job Overview
Citic Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee luxury villa and high-rise construction projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve project risks and operational issues
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction experience in the UAE
- Experience with villas, high-rise buildings, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Green Building regulations
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
