Job Overview
Independent Food Company is seeking an experienced F&B Catering Events Operations Supervisor to manage and deliver high-quality catering and food events for its healthy food concept in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong event coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating successful food-led experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand event requirements, quotations, staffing, and ordering
- Plan events within budget and time constraints
- Research, select, and negotiate with vendors
- Manage event operations from planning to execution
- Coordinate with chefs and front-of-house teams on food service
- Conduct final event checks and oversee live operations
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally during events
- Evaluate event success and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or event coordination
- Track record of delivering successful events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Degree in hospitality, PR, or related field preferred
