Job Overview
OnSite Sign Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter Helper to join its sign manufacturing team in Lloydminster. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to learn industrial painting, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
You will support lead painters in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to produce high-quality signs.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare surfaces for painting
- Assist with mixing paint codes
- Apply paint using spray equipment
- Clean and maintain tools and work areas
- Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling and waste disposal
- Maintain painting equipment
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of spray painting preferred
- Ability to identify and match colors
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-focused
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- WHMIS 2015 (or willingness to obtain)
