Job Overview
PizzaExpress Restaurant is seeking a reliable and organized Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and wants to gain hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen support.
You will assist chefs with preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cutting, chopping, washing, and preparing ingredients
- Support preparation of pasta, sauces, desserts, and other dishes
- Measure and portion ingredients as instructed
- Receive and organize deliveries following FIFO standards
- Label and store finished products properly
- Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Dispose of waste according to procedures
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Organized, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods
