Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of F&B trends and service standards
- Excellent communication, administration, and organizational skills
- Experience with opening or launching new restaurant concepts
- Strong interpersonal and multicultural awareness
- Service-oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate in European languages is an advantage
