Job Overview
MBR1 Security Services is hiring a SIRA Certified Female Security Guard for a full-time role in Al Barsha. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property through professional monitoring, patrols, incident response, and accurate reporting.
You will represent MBR1 Security Services with a calm, confident presence while consistently following UAE security standards and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect intrusion, theft, or unsafe conditions
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents according to security procedures
- Prepare daily reports and document irregularities (damage, theft, unauthorized access, unusual activity)
- Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control equipment
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal/security regulations
- Support crowd control during events or emergency situations
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid SIRA Certification (Mandatory)
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods
- Strong observation skills with clear and accurate reporting ability
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Basic English required (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferred Candidate
- Presentable, courteous, and responsible with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in malls, hotels, residential buildings, or corporate offices is an advantage
