Handpicked Providore is a premium fruit and vegetable supplier serving top restaurants, specialty retailers, and private clients across New South Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Lidcombe NSW 2141.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting and finishing early, values quality and precision, and takes pride in handling high-grade fresh produce. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring only the best products reach our customers. Opportunities for promotion are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack premium-grade fruit and vegetables
- Ensure all produce meets strict quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Handle fresh produce carefully to prevent damage or spoilage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-focused operation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience picking or handling fruit and vegetables (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual warehouse work
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends when required
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Work Environment
- On-site warehouse setting
- Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
- Cold storage and early-morning work conditions may apply
